Joseph F. Strelitz is a native of El Paso, Texas.  He has served at the associate judge/probate master for the Honorable Patricia B. Chew, Judge of El Paso County Statutory Probate Court No. 1 since February of 2011.  Prior to becoming probate master Mr. Strelitz practiced probate law for a long, long time.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987, but can neither spell nor properly punctuate a sentence to save his life.  Joseph received his degree of Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico, School of Law in 1992.  Joseph has been married to Marlyn Strelitz , who has tolerated him for 21 years.  They have two wonderful children Jacob (15) and Mia 913), a dwarf hamster (Little Chungas), and two dogs (Willow and Ollie), who have an affinity for chewing on electrical wires and eating pomegranates and roses.  He enjoys hang gliding, rock-climbing and drag-racing.  Just kidding.  He labors under the impression that he is very funny so please be nice to him and laugh at his jokes.

Jessica Kludt is a native El Pasoan.  After Jessica graduate from Coronado High, she went to the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and continued on to get her law degree.  After graduating law school Stephanie Townsend Allala, her mother, recruited her to move back to El Paso and to join Townsend Allala & Associates.

Jessica was El Paso Probate Bar Vice President in 2013, and President from 2014 - 2016.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for the El Paso Bar Association.  Jessica is dedicated to serving her community, and often spends her weekends helping veterans and the elderly pro bono.

Judy Monteleone dedication to the El Paso Community and the surrounding region is visible through her more than 40 years of service with GECU, from holding multiple board positions with local organizations, and by being a proud supporter of the El Paso Community Foundation and Great Ladies of Philanthropy.  She has participated in various events over the past five years that support the El Paso Community Foundation , including the Plaza Classic Film Festival, the Thanks for Giving luncheon and Spirit of Giving Trees, just to name a few.  You can see her passion to increase financial education within our community through the seminars she hosts and the knowledge that she provides to her clients.  Judy specializes in trust and estate planning and administration, earned her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from Northwestern University and is a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist.

Jennifer Coulter is an associate attorney at Townsend Allala Coulter & Kludt who focuses on estate planning and benefits planning.  She is also the current El Paso Probate Bar President.  Jennifer was studying for an English degree in Lubbock, Texas when , at the age of twenty - two she had an illness that caused her to go blind.  As a result, Jennifer had to navigate the complex governmental benefits system, it was a life changing experience that made her redirect her life to help others in her community.  Ms. Coulter changed her major to study psychology and received a BS in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University.  She then went on to the University of Texas School of Law, where she graduated with honors.  Jennifer joined the firm after graduating and has worked to help her clients plan for their futures, access Long Term Medicaid benefits, and protect their assets.
